Our Deep Blue Portfolio Management Service (PMS) service is about ensuring that your pension/investment is carefully monitored on a quarterly basis. This includes monitoring the potential of greater investment returns for lower volatility, although this is not guaranteed.
Pensions

Auto Enrolment
From April 2012 the law on workplace pensions was significantly restructured. Every employer with at least one employee now has an obligation to provide and contribute to a workplace pension for their staff; however, there is no straightforward route to sourcing an appropriate scheme. The onus lies with the employer to ensure that all eligible staff are enrolled into the scheme and continuously monitored which can prove to be time consuming process.
Employee Benefits
Employee benefits form an important part of an individual’s remuneration package and can make a big difference to staff retention. The provision of such benefits can be cost-effective for the employer whilst providing valuable cover to the workforce at a fraction of the cost incurred should the employee apply for standalone personal cover.
Protection
All benefits from a term assurance and/or critical illness contract are tax free. Placing the benefits in trust will ensure that, in the event of death, the monies are passed directly to the beneficiaries whilst also avoiding probate. There are various forms of protection available and it is dependent on your personal circumstances as to which one you opt for.
